Shipping and Handling
flashcarddirect.com
will prepare to ship product once the payment is confirmed
from flashcarddirect.com
processors. flashcarddirect.com
will initiate the shipping process and send the order to one
of the flashcarddirect.com
Logistic warehouses Worldwide. Orders received by the warehouse
will take between 2 to 5 Business days to process and will
be sent to a third party international carrier by the choice
of flashcarddirect.com
and delivered to the Users. At the time of delivery, signature
and identification will be required Worldwide. Shipment transport
time is dependent on the Country and location Users reside.
Major countries like USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Japan and China
may only take 5 to 10 business days. Other countries may take
up to 15 to 20 business days. flashcarddirect.com
reserves the right to refuse any order if flashcarddirect.com
carriers do not service the geographic location. Users are
responsible for any and all taxes, import duties, custom charges
and all laws and regulations of the country in which Users
reside. Users may be charged an extra $15 USD handling fee
for any returned package due to Users error for re-shipping.
6.
Cancellations, Refuse and Refund
Cancellations are allowed if our processors
did not accept the payment. Once the payment is confirmed
accepted by flashcarddirect.com,
there will be a cancellation charge to cancel the order. Refunds
are only made through Paypal or credit card and no refund is allowed
unless flashcarddirect.com
failed to deliver your product at all and no re-shipment was
attempted. No other refunds are accepted. All sales are final.
If the User refuses the product, there will not be any refund
due to the fact services had been performed and there will
be no re-shipment attempt. User account will be cancelled.
7.
Returns and Warranty
If an unforeseen Situation happens within
1-year of Users shipment or Users find the product received
was defective, we will gladly replace it for the User. All
User has to do is contact us at techsupport@flashcarddirect.com
with a description of the problem. We will assess the situation
and issue a RMA number and a return address for user to ship
the product back prepaid. Collect shipment and shipment without
proper RMA number will be refused. Once flashcarddirect.com
receives and confirms the defect or situation, a replacement
product will be shipped back prepaid to the User as soon as
possible. flashcarddirect.com
does not give warranty to any defective product damaged by
incorrect installation, use, modifications or repaired by
any unauthorised 3rd party or the User.
8.
Change of Terms
flashcarddirect.com
reserves the right to change any or all terms and
to discontinue the product posted on website at anytime, with
or without notice.
9.
Limited Liability
EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES SET, flashcarddirect.com
DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS
OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL flashcarddirect.com
BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS, DATA
OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR BASED
ON A WARRANTY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE
OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT REPAIR, REPLACEMENT
OR REFUND, AS APPLICABLE, UNDER THE WARRANTY SERVICES DESCRIBED
HEREIN IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY
BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN. IF, DESPITE
THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS, FOR ANY REASON BECOMES LIABLE TO
YOU FOR DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT,
THEN, THE LIABILITY OF WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT EQUAL
TO THE INVOICE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES.
